Kitchens
Full kitchen fabrication in our workshop — carcasses, fronts, islands, pantry systems and appliance integration — with fronts matched across runs so the grain reads as one piece of timber.

Bathrooms and wet areas
Waterproofing first, then moisture-rated vanities with sealed edges and stone tops templated on site once the walls are finished.

Complete refurbishment
When everything inside the shell is tired, the finishes, joinery and services are replaced entirely — flooring, ceilings, painting, sanitary and fixtures under one programme.

Approvals and working hours
Building approvals and permitted working hours are planned into the programme, and the sequence of works is agreed before anyone arrives on site.

Lighting
Ambient, task and accent lighting on separate circuits with dimming, with colour temperature kept consistent from room to room.

Where is the kitchen made?
At our factory in Al Quoz Industrial 4: carcasses, fronts, islands and pantry systems, cut for the openings they will occupy and installed by our own team. See the factory.
Who manages the work on site?
One site team and one project manager under one programme, from strip-out to final styling.
Will I see the new design in 3D?
Yes. The design is presented in 3D so you can walk through it before anything is committed.
