When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and telephone number, and the project details you choose to give us — location, property type, service required, approximate area and timeline — together with anything you write in the message field.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, we receive the details that come with that message, such as your number or email address.

Our website also records standard technical information, such as browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.

We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful and how visitors find us: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser, and actions such as sending an enquiry or tapping WhatsApp. We never send your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into the form to Google.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. You can accept or decline analytics in the banner shown on your first visit, change your choice at any time from “Privacy choices” at the foot of every page, or block cookies in your browser. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not measured unless they accept.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always used.

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, to manage a project if you engage us, and to improve the website. We rely on your consent, on the steps needed before entering into a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Only where it is necessary to deliver your project — a supplier fabricating a specified item, or a consultant engaged on the works — and only the information they need. Our website hosting, email and analytics providers process data on our behalf under their own agreements.

Your enquiry is stored within our website and email systems. Our hosting, email and analytics providers may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates, under their own safeguards.

Enquiries are retained while there is an active conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to the project. Records relating to completed projects are kept for as long as required for contractual, warranty and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Depending on where you live, data protection law — including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR — gives you the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
