Design and delivery sit together
Designers here are expected to know what happens after the drawing is issued, and to be on site when it does. It makes for better detailing and considerably fewer arguments.
A studio where designers go to site and site teams sit in design reviews. If that sounds like how it should work, we would like to hear from you.

We take on a deliberately limited number of projects at a time. You will own real scope rather than a fragment of it, and your name will be attached to finished work rather than to a phase of it.
Portfolio first, conversation second, a short practical exercise related to the actual role third. We do not run unpaid multi-week test projects, and we tell you where you stand at every stage.
Three or more years on delivered residential projects, strong space planning, and comfort producing technical drawings a site team can actually build from. AutoCAD and 3D visualisation essential. UAE experience preferred but not required.
Running turnkey interior projects end to end: programme, procurement, subcontractors, authority approvals and client reporting. You will own a small number of projects properly rather than a large number partially.
Day-to-day supervision of fit-out and civil works, quality control against the detail drawings, and snagging. The role that decides whether the finished space matches what the client approved.
We keep good portfolios on file, and we do come back to them. If none of the roles above fit but you think you belong here, write to us anyway and tell us why.
To apply, send a portfolio and a short note about the projects you are proudest of to info@nitsdecor.com. We read everything, and we reply either way.
A few details let us come back with something considered rather than generic. We reply to every enquiry from the design team, not a call centre.
Start a project Tell us about the space. We will come back with a considered first response.
