Our factory in Al Quoz Industrial 4 is where NITS joinery is made — kitchens, wardrobes, panelling, vanities and reception desks, cut for the openings they will occupy and installed by our own team.
What happens here
Made to the opening, not to a module.
Nothing in a real building is square, so joinery made only to the drawing will not fit. Every piece is set out against the opening it will occupy, finished for this climate, and installed by the team that made it.

Kitchens and wardrobes
Carcasses, fronts, islands and dressing rooms, with fronts matched across runs so the grain reads as one piece of timber.

Panelling and media walls
Panel joints set out to the room, so the rhythm lands on the centre line instead of an offcut at the corner.

Reception and retail joinery
Built to commercial durability standards, with serviceable parts reachable without dismantling the installation.
Why it matters
A detail closes properly when the people who drew it and the people who made it are the same team.

What we build it from.

Stone and composite
Italian marble, granite, engineered quartz and sintered stone, templated on site once the walls are finished, with edge profiles and joint positions agreed before cutting.

Metal and hardware
Brushed and antique brass, blackened steel and powder-coated aluminium. Hinges, runners and lifting mechanisms come from established European manufacturers.

Wet areas
Moisture-rated substrates and sealed edges for vanities and wet areas, so a vanity survives a decade in this climate rather than swelling at the base.

Where is the NITS Decor factory?
Warehouse No. 3, Plot 283, Al Quoz Industrial 4, Dubai. The design studio is in the Aswar Building on Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl.
What is made at the factory?
Custom joinery: kitchens, wardrobes and dressing rooms, wall panelling and media walls, vanities, and reception and retail joinery. See custom joinery.
Is the joinery made to measure?
Yes. Each piece is set out against the measured opening it will occupy rather than a standard module, which is what lets storage sit within the wall instead of in front of it.
Who installs it?
Our own team. The joinery is designed, made and installed by NITS, so there is one point of responsibility from drawing to handover.
