Holiday homes

Airbnb & holiday home interior design in Dubai Made for the photographs and every check-in.

Holiday homes and short-let apartments in Dubai — designed to photograph well, furnished completely and finished in materials chosen to survive a steady turnover of guests.

The point

A holiday home is reviewed by every guest who stays in it. It has to earn the review on the hundredth check-in, not just the first.

What is included

What a holiday home project covers.

01

Durable finishes

Surfaces, fabrics and joinery chosen for how they age and how they are cleaned between stays, with sealed edges and repairable finishes where wear is heaviest.

02

Rooms that photograph well

Layouts, light and a restrained palette planned with the listing photographs in mind, so the rooms guests book are the rooms they find.

03

Storage guests understand

Wardrobes, luggage space and kitchen storage made to the opening, so a short stay never means living out of a suitcase.

04

Complete furnishing

Furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories sourced through our supply chain and installed with the fit-out, so the home is ready for its first guest at handover.

05

Lighting any guest can use

Ambient, task and accent light on simple dimmable circuits, so a guest who has never seen the room can still set it for the evening.

06

Your permit’s requirements

Holiday homes in Dubai operate under a permit, and whatever yours requires is brought into the plan from the start.

Questions

Questions about holiday homes.

Can you furnish the whole home?

Yes. Furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories are sourced through our supply chain and installed with the fit-out, so the home is complete at handover.

Which materials stand up to short stays?

Finishes chosen for how they age and how they are cleaned: sealed edges, stone and quartz worktops, and timber finished with natural oils or hardwax so it can be repaired locally.

What about my holiday-home permit?

Its requirements are brought into the plan from the start. Share what your permit asks for at the first consultation, and the design and furnishing are planned around it.

Will I see the design before work starts?

Yes. Concepts, layouts and mood boards develop into one design direction, presented in 3D so you can walk through it before anything is committed.

Can you renovate an apartment for letting?

Yes. Kitchens, bathrooms and complete refurbishments are surveyed, designed and built by the same team. See apartment renovation.

Who manages the project?

One project manager from the first consultation to handover, with design, fit-out, furnishing and styling under one contract. See how a project runs.
