Bare floors and existing offices
Civil works, MEP, ceilings, flooring, joinery installation, finishing and snagging, whether the floor arrives as a bare shell or as an existing office that needs stripping out first.

MEP, data and AV
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, data and AV coordinated with the ceiling and the joinery before mobilisation, so nothing is improvised on site.

Approvals
Landlord and authority submissions, fire and life safety, accessibility, free-zone fit-out guidelines and municipality approvals, handled as part of the programme.

Procurement
Materials, furniture, lighting, sanitary and fixtures sourced through our supply chain, with lead times built into the programme rather than discovered against it.

Handover
Final walkthrough, quality check, documentation and warranties, then continued support once your team is working in the space.
