Boutique Retail Concept
A small footprint made to feel considered rather than crowded, with a fit-out built to be reconfigured.
The brief
A first physical store for a brand that had grown online. The range changes seasonally, so nothing could be fixed in place, and the budget had to be defensible against the rent.
What we did
A perimeter track system carries every display element, so the entire floor can be reconfigured overnight without a contractor. The centre of the room was deliberately left open — in a small store, restraint reads as confidence and crowding reads as a sale.
Materials
Micro-cement floor, powder-coated steel, and one wall of book-matched stone as the single point of expense, positioned so that every photograph taken in the store includes it.
Delivery
Design and fit-out in eleven weeks, including mall authority approvals and out-of-hours works.
